Fresh Caught Fried Frog Legs
Ingredients : 6-8 frog legs amount opt. , 1 cp milk, 1 cp self-rising flour, Buck's Smokehouse All Purpose Seasoning to taste.Place frog legs in a med. size bowl with 1 cp of milk and 1 tbsp of Buck's seasoning mix well, then put 1 cp self rising flour in a med. bowl with 1-2 tsp Buck's seasoning , dip each leg in flour and place in preheated 375 oil and fry till golden brown.

Cajun Meatloaf
Ingredients : 2-3 lbs ground meat, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 cp taco flavor shredded cheese, 1/2 - 1 cp plain bread crumbs, 1 pk ranch dressing , 2-3 tbsp or to taste Buck's Smokehouse Seasoning. Preheat oven to 350. Mix well in a med to large bowl , ground meat,tomato sauce , cheese, bread crumbs, ranch dressing pack and Buck's Seasoning. Form in rectangle shape place in a 9x12 baking dish. Bake at 350 for aprx. 45 min to 1 hr.

Gator Stuffed Jalapeno's
Ingredients : 10 lg jalapeno peppers, 1 block cream cheese, 1 can crushed pineapple , 1 lb. maple flavor bacon, 1 lb fresh sliced alligator tail meat, tooth picks . Cut top off pepper then cut in 1/2 long ways, clean all debris out of peppers then rinse, in a bowl mix cream cheese with strained crushed pineapples , blend till mixed good, take each slice pepper and add 1tbsp of cream cheese dip to it , and place 1 slice alligator meat on it , finally wrap from end to end with a slice of bacon and place a tooth pick through it to hold, place on cookie sheet . Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven till bacon is golden brown.

Deer Backstrap & Bacon
Ingredients: 4-6 lbs deer backstrap (or meat desire) , season to taste desire with Buck's all purpose, aprx. 1 lb maple smoke bacon, tooth picks.. Preslice deer (or meat desire) into 1/4 inch cuts , lay them out and sprinkle Buck's seasoning on both sides to desire amount, cut bacon slices into halves and take the one 1/2 bacon and wrap deer slice completely and place tooth pick in to hold. Place on barbeque pit grill till bacon is golden brown.

Baked Red Snapper
Ingredients : 2 whole fillets with skin left on it, 1 cup of rinsed jalapeno rings, Buck's all purpose seasoning to desire amount.Lay fillets skin down on greased cookie sheet, sprinkle Buck's seasoning to taste, lay an even amount on each fish of jalapeno rings. Place in preheated oven 350 20 -25 mins. till done .

Breakfast Fried Rice
Ingredients : 2 lbs Jimmy Dean Sausage, 8 eggs, 4 cps of rice (cooked) , soy sauce to taste , minced garlic, Buck's seasoning to taste, teriyaki marinade to taste... Place sausage in wok with minced garlic season lightly with Buck's seasoning , drain sausage and remove from wok, place eggs separately in wok and cook to scrambled look, add rice, season generously and stir then stir in soy sauce and teriyaki marinade , turn off heat and stir in the sausage and eggs until mixed completely, mix it while cooling so the rice stays moist. serves 6-8 people.
